HOHNER EP1-SD DREADN SOL SI

The EP1-SD is a 650 mm full scale Dreadnought guitar with a solid Canadian sitka spruce top and mahogany back and sides and also features a ultra-thin, open-pore satin finish. The Eastern Mahogany neck has a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard. All the Essential Pro steel string acoustics are equipped with NVI compensated nuts and saddles. They play in tune and produce a sound outperforming guitars many times their price. A bolt-on neck joint not only guarantees consistent neck angles and sustain across the entire production line, but also allow neck resets should that become necessary after years of usage.

The Hohner Essential Series leaves out any unnecessary ornament. We even decided against a pick-guard because we did not want anything to obstruct the sound! As a result, the Essential Pro guitars are exceptionally resonant.
